Dear Diary,

I feel like such a dorky high school girl.

:)~

The sound man has been here the past few days.

He is here every so often, I wrote about him long ago, I have known him since the marriage. Ex and I went to the local theatre and he gave us a tour behind the scenes and of the sound area. He also wanted to take my ex flying once on his plane.

For some reason the guy just makes me go all mute and gaga.

Hes not like overly attractive, and hes older.

I guess its just the charisma, the eyes, the smile, the look of happiness in the way he talks.

So whenever he is here working I get all weird.

Yesterday I said Hello and he engaged me in a convo, brought me in and had me come and look at what he was doing and put his arm around me directing me where to look, I was like about to fall over!

As I walk out he tells me to pop my head in the door more often and talk to him again whenever I want.

He is aware the ex is gone, I saw him at a party shortly after the split and he asked where he was and I gave him the news.

So today he walks to my office and says “Hello, Im popping my head in here today to say hello to you” and then He showed me what he had finished today.

God its such a weird feeling. Its like some silly little crush or something.

As I said, Im a dork.

Didnt hear from B again last night, he said hed call me back and that was around 8pm and never heard anything.

Its not the end of the world and maybe the phone was busy again. Just a email is nice. He was going to be asking his roomie if he can prorate the rent this month, so maybe the talk didnt go so well? I dont know? Since I havent spoken to him yet. Will wait and see.

My little one asked me last night if we can go to a restaraunt and invite B. I thought it was cute that he asked me to invite him to do something with us. 🙂

They havent seen him in almost 2 weeks, so its kinda nice to know they think of him.
