Sister Situation

Dear Diary,

So the latest I LAST heard from my sister.

The teen contacted her aunt.

The girls are unhappy at the new girlfriends house. She said that her Dad and the girlfriend just do everything together and ignore the kids, they eat, go everywhere, shower, and yes thats been the case as she is with him for any drive he makes anywhere.

The teen I guess also said her Dad is all nice to the girlfriend kids and pretending like hes Mr Pop of the year and she told the new girlfriend “This isnt how he really is, its an act”

They gripe about the food to eat there, and they dont like her cooking.

The teen still hasnt gone back to school, the youngest one said she didnt feel good and ended up needing to be picked up. Now mind you, its an hour drive one way to their school!

Sisters husband called the other night wanting money, I guess the checks for the teen from the state are made out to my sister. For them to take care of her. And my sister also said that they are due to drop in to visit on the teens progress. My sister I guess has already called to notify them whats up. My sister also told the teen she could come stay a night with her and “Try It” The teen is just very angry and is basically now left alone to play the adult with Daddy so busy with his new woman.

My sister said also the utilities have not been paid on the house, they are in his name, so not sure what my sister is going to do about all that, I think she should pay the utilities as long as she is living there, especially if he isnt. I guess the mortgage is automatically deducted from his paycheck.

Damn I hope she gets her attny stuff approved soon. I think she should just change the locks on the house personally. I remember when I started with my first attorney they said my ex could not just walk back in as he was the one who moved out, and yes you can change the locks. If its ruled my sister has to leave, then there is a process, but for now. She doesnt have too, but she also doesnt have to leave the house open to him either.

She just has a feeling shes gonna get a call or get the 2 girls dropped off at the doorstep.
