Guy Chats and New Book
Dear Diary,
Another evening at home. One kid is in the bath, other is drawing in his room.
Im waiting my turn to relax and get in the tub, One more hour until bedtime, but have to look at homework in a few.
Well music dude Messages me randomnly with just stuff. Stuff about work, he just kinda spits it out, we dont really converse much over it. And then hes gone. So its just weird, he obviously still will talk to me? Its just things are strange I guess for me.
The online Drool guy sent me 2 pics today. He sent one of his back with his shirt off, he has a lot of tattoos. He says over 100 hours worth. He says he doesnt show them off much and please dont share the pic with other chat roomies. He says he always trips people out since its all hidden under clothes most of the time. He looks like your every day pretty boy.
My book arrived in the mail today. Kevin Max’s unfinished work. So I took it with me to the gym. Read the first chapter there. Read a second chapter while waiting to get the kids, then came home and read half the third out on my back patio. Was nice to just sit in a chair and read. Although the dog just wanted me to play ball the whole time. At first i was getting annoyed, but then realized one day how I will miss that. And so I would read and kick it everytime he brought it back while I read and laughed at him for being so goofy.
Enjoy him while hes with us. 🙂
I left the computer signed on, when I returned, low and behold was a message from Spy Guy!
We talked and got caught up once again. He said he was able to switch from what he was doing to different operations. And he can even say a bit of what he does now. For those who have followed, he has been in a line of work he cant discuss, and people always think hes full of shit when I tell the story. Ive known him since 1997. We met online and just have been friends. We met once while I was married he just stopped by on his way out of state and met me and the kids. And then I saw him 2 yrs ago before he was to catch a flight.
So people can still say whatever. Ive always said “Maybe Im naive, but I do seem to believe him” Well he emailed me 2 photos today. One of him in a plane? Helicopter with the side door open, and you can tell its the middle east by the terrain, Its a gorgeous photo. And he is angled at the side of it in gear.
The other is of him in uniform, getting awarded, and its a REALLY nice photo but wont say much else about it since he trusts to share what he does with me. But I think these 2 photos were the most concrete ever he has sent me to let me into his world. I just nickname him spy dude, doesnt mean thats what he is. But I do need to make a new name for him.
So it was nice to catch up with him.
Tomorrow will be my ex’s birthday. I plan to send him a brief happy birthday email. And I did want to give him some photos I had made of a family get together the last time he saw his Dad. So Ill have the kids take them this weekend when they see him. I havent heard from him yet either on him taking them this weekend, but he told them every 2 weeks. So hope he is.
