Child Support Enforcement?
Hey all,
Well thanks to my Big sister and boyfriend, as of today I have the name, address and number of my ex’s current employer.
My big sister told me I could walk in a copy of the support order or mail it registered.
She said her ex husband did this in the past, and that the employers will most likely honor it, if they dont they can get in trouble when the D.A. has the info.
Yes im sending it into the D.A. but have been told they can take up to a year to even get a case started, so my sister said “What have you got to loose? Take it in there yourself”
Anyone know about this? Anyone offer feedback?
