HAHA! YAY YAY YAY!

Dear Diary,

Well I finally got a response back from my Ex over the letter I sent him, where I laid into him some, I have to admit I have been a little nervous. So here is his response…

Vicky,

Thank you for your kind thoughts; They mean alot to me. I see all your counsling is helping you. Vicky, have a wolderful day!

I read it and smiled. I actually laughed. I was hoping he would feel some guilt. I mean the guy has screwed his own children and myself. And I laid it all out for him and told him I was tired of his lies.

But I guess the part that got me to smile and think was “I see all your counseling is helping you” haha!

I know that was to be a low blow from him, not a compliment. But in all actuality, IT IS!

It told me the counseling IS WORKING!

For him Im some mean monster now he cant control. What the hell is wrong with me? I dont cower down to what he wants. I stand up to him, I tell him off, I call him on his crap.

And my counseling has helped with that. Its helped me to set up my OWN personal boundaries. To keep him from violating mine.

So to all the self help books, counselors, friends who have stood by me in real life and on this site during all the hell with my ex, I thank you all for encouraging me. I see its paid off, because well, My ex even sees MY COUNSELING IS HELPING!
