Gym Girl
Dear Diary,
I finally got ahold of the woman whos handling my papers at the Attnys office. She had larengitis and one of the girls was gonna write it all out and talk for her but when she heard it was me she spoke to me on the phone with her whispery voice. She said my Ex called and they sent the amended paper by Fax to him for him to sign(since hes constantly on my case about these papers) Which we have had sent twice and hes claimed theyve never arrived, so far as a Certified letter slip never ever returning period to my attnys office, which has us all baffled. I believe my Ex is trying to mess with me. Who knows. But he is griping that this divorce isnt underway, yet he isnt complying with giving me info, signing or giving a home address. So all we have is his work address. Which at this point I dont know if hes at the plant or off elsewhere these days. Well they faxed him the paper to sign, that was Last tuesday. Dork said he needed his attny to look at it. All it was is a paper that says ” Im amending this separation to a divorce” one sheet, but hes so brainless he cant figure anything out, and here were are 7 days later and hes sent them Squat still. If hes in such a rush for the papers he keeps telling me, yet he doesnt do anything, the nut case.
Anyways, I went to the gym today and saw the girl I met last week! We talked for quite awhile. Our worlds are so involved and today we found out people we had in common. We compared our church past histories. Her husband and mine went to the same church! She new a girl from mine who I know quite well, then her best friend was a girl I ran into often in highschool from one of the charasmatic churches, so we went on and on about people and she said “Wow this is such a small town” We have both had quite the church past, and so we both relate to the places we are in now. She also said her husband who is in another state(like mine) and is separated from called her up saying he had a dream she died. All concerned about her, and she went on to say its manipulation, she sees it now. My ex did the same type of stuff, try to imply you cant make it on your own, that something bad will happen to you and how much you need them. Shes catching on. 🙂
Long day, had my second meet with the new group I attend. I really like it, its nice moving beyond the initial stages of recovery. Seeing women who are goign to school, working, raising children as single mothers, or in new marriages now. Hearing about court dealings with their abusive ex’s. There is so much info gained from just sharing. 🙂
