Mmm Salsa

Dear Diary,

Its about 10:15pm. B just crashed out tonight! Like at 8pm! Hes gone

Ive been the one to bed earlier these days, but tonight he did it, and Im sure the sunburn today is what wiped him out.

So the kids left Sat AM to see their Dad, I had to get up sat AM, their Dad called friday eve to see if he could get them at 8am as opposed to 10am which he said earlier. Its my freakin day to sleep in, not that early, seeing as I have to wake up and drive them to my parents house, so I told him 9am. He cant always dictate and change plans and I accomodate them,he can accomodate me too. So I said 9.

Got the kids off, and went by a church yard sale, a bunch of junk, I spent $2 on 2 items, so at least I found something.

Stopped by McDonalds and got B and I some McGriddlers.

when I got home he was still asleep so I didnt wake him, fed the dog, watered the lawn, cleaned up some, then ran and took all the recyclable items to the shopping center up the street. I had so many bags in my garage I was tired of looking at. Woohooo $6, haha for turning them in. Hey thats two gallons of milk and some to spare!

Swung by walmart then and grabbed a few things then back home, he finally woke up, it was about noon.

We didnt do much, lounged around, I laid down on the couch and watched some tv, I was sleepy, no nap just laying around.

Later on we headed to Bed Bath and Beyond for the bookshelf I wanted, and to get some groceries.

I got my shelf and an organizer plastic cart thing for office supplies.

So we got home and B started up the BBQ and then we made homemade salsa together! For the first time! My ex used to make it, so Id watch, I had the little thing with the blade and cup ex got at the fair booth years ago, when B and I were at the fair they still sell that thing! haha, so we watched the guy make the salsa, so then I told B we need to make some.

It was yummy! He loved it, the carne asada was awesome also, he said “Good Choice Babe” as we sat out back eating.

Its so hard to stop eating homemade salsa, you just want to keep going and going.

We rented two movies, Cold Mountain and the ETernal whatever? Spotless Mind? Whatever its called with Jim Carey and Kate Winslett. Damn that movie was weird, I laid on the heating pad halfway thru it and it got me totally sleepy so I fell asleep for the last half of the film, I was sooo stinkin tired!

I just passed out.

It wasnt even 10 yet, so I was the early one on Sat.

Sunday we went to the flea market, B was spunky in bed, I just wanted to get up and take a bath and head out with the early shoppers. But had to chill myself out, Ive noticed I dont like to lay in bed long now that hes moved in, Im ancy to get up and get moving but I made myself stay put to play, 🙂 YAY!
