To Do

Dear Diary,

Okay 2 more hours to go and Ive survived. 🙂 Got into a task that took up some time and SWEAT. Have I mentioned how hot its getting here. B left this AM before 5am and he said it was warm enough to be wearing shorts THEN.

My mom is going to come over some evening this week and prep the swamp cooler, oil it, clean out the pan and we will change the cooler pads. Yep me and mom on the roof again, shes come each year and helped me, shes so cool.

So I called my big sister yesterday.

They had a realtor out and all, and this last weekend they were to get stuff done on the house, to get it ready to show. The sign is up already, but guess the husband just came and took his crap out of the garage, threw it in the dumpster, and didnt do much else, none of the home repairs or packing anything in the house, so she was pissed off.

So sis tells me that her bro in law came over, had his cleaning lady come and clean all the bathrooms, kitchen, windows and vacuum and he paid for it, AND he washed sisters new truck, AND he washed the DOG, AND he bought dinner for my sister.

I was telling B about this.. and Im all “And my sister says they arent attracted to eachother?? Then what on earth is this” Then she tells me hes getting some loan and wants to pay $1500 to get the house painted for HER?

What the hell?

B said the guy sounds desperate, that he thinks spending money on my big sister will win her over. And my sister is either in denial and keeping it hush hush and there is something going on, or she is using him.

I dont know what on earth it is, but its WEIRD. I started thinking how she now wants nothing to do with the kids, and she said it would be too hard, still seeing her soon to be ex husband and deal with his garbage, but if she continues to start up this business with the bro in law, well DUH, shes still in the family that way??????

I dont really get much of anything.

I have my todo list for today, and Ive tried to accomplish 2 things on it. Schedule mechanic appt(hes not in so I left a message) and Ive tried calling the phone co, to remove voice mail from my plan, now that I have high speed net acess and a new answering machine, time to get rid of the voice mail. But they put me on hold forever, so will try later on.

Still have to also schedule getting the dog to the vet to get the tumor thats grown back removed, and hes hobbling on one back leg as of late, its getting worse and worse so want to see what is going on exactly.

Ahhh so much to do, not enough hours in the day!
