Xenadrine and Wrkout, Week 1

Hello again,


Well I am also going to document my exercise/weight etc progress. Since Im taking something now, feel its important to watch and see if its truly working. I even took the dreaded “BEFORE” photo, ewwww. You know I do not like the way I look in a bathing suit? haha, and well the photo, ewwww. But I did it, so I can chart my progress, put the picks side by side in a month or so and keep looking to see if their is a difference type thing.


So Ive been taking Xenadrine EFX since Wed. I forgot to write. I took 2 capsules the first time. OOPS! It says if you are under a certain weight start with ONE. So no wonder I was all shakey later that eve and feeling so weird!


So its much better doing the one capsule twice a day thing.


I also want to watch for side effects and I also found a website with people reporting their experience with this product. And I want to be able to submit to it. Im using the Ephedra free one, I guess the other works pretty good but the ephedra thing kinda scares me with the stuff out on it.


So what have I noticed since taking the stuff?


I can work out harder, increased energy, and I can work out longer too. Ive noticed that from day one.


I get full faster when I eat! Thats a big one! Less snacking. Its a lot easier to eat the 3 meals I need a day and not really have much in between.


Although I did some snacking last night. 3 cookies yesterday, I bought Snickerdoodle cookies at the store, for me and kids and B and I had one. Mmmmm


But gotta have my sweets now and then, just better if Im not doing it at night. OHH And thats the other affect, Im up later, it has green tea, caffiene in these things and Im not a big caffiene person so it hits me really good.


So Ill see how I adapt to it after a week. I think Im doing pretty good. B was explaining to me last night how they work. How they bring up the bodys core temperature, thus making you burn more fat. And the energy spike, and that it also has a supressant quality. IM still hungry, I have to eat, Im that kind of person, I just notice I get full faster and less desire to snack. Which snacking is ultimately I think my one eating weakness.


So there ya go. Ill wait till the end of the week to chart my weight on the scale. I was talking to B about good exercises for the back of my thighs, he said Squats, which I usually do every day Im at the gym ( I do them in the bathroom and at home) Free standing squats, but B said I need to come down farther when I do them or else they arent very effective. So Ill start doing that also.
