Whats he Smokin?

Dear Diary,

I just made copies of papers for Attny. I also read thru his proposal some more. And its basically ::::Ptooey:::

It sounds good and fair, BUT, hes left out many other factors he isnt thinking about, that basically cancel out things hes listed.

He basically in this papers wants $$$$$$$ from me? lol

He wants me to purchase his half of the equity and give him the hald the VALUE for our home furnishings, appliances.

What hes familing to realize is first off. I HAVE NO MONEY. His income is triple what I make. He hasnt paid me in 3 mos, he hasnt paid fully the whole year what he is supposed to, he hasnt paid for any childcare, nor has he paid for any of our community debts for over a year.

AND, he took all of his work equipment, and electronics, stereos, speakers, all of that. Hes forgetting thats all HALF mine also, his work stuff alone is probably worth more then our home furnishings. And if I were to have to give him half of anything, it would be in FURNITURE, not $$$$? Whats he smoking? So hmmm my refrigerator and dryer both died last year. My parents got me new ones for both. That leaves a washing machine and a microwave. And if he takes any home furnishings, well hes taking away the basics we have for a home for me and the children to live.

Its interesting I must say to read his reasoning. Im really curious what my attorney will say reading this.
