Another Blessing

Dear Diary,

Well as I wrote before I had to get the Jeep worked on. New brakes and rotors for the front. I had been saving money for my beach trip get away, then didnt get a call back for the place I wanted, so I opted to just pay a bill off this month with it, then the vehicle repair came up. Same amount as my trip would have cost me. So yes thank God I had the money saved and the trip didnt go thru, cause I would have needed the money elsewhere.

So mechanic just called me saying he was done. This is on my voice mail. He says “well its all done, and I shaved some off the price since you have had so much done here the past year, and I also got you that missing piece on your rim, at no charge” I have these nice rims on my tires and when I had my tires changed the last time the dude didnt put the middle piece back that went to it. One of those paint in the butt piddly things to replace and I found out too late it was missing. So I just asked about it other day, didnt say get it, and he just did it for me! I told ya he is the coolest guy!

I think of the boyfriend when Im at his shop. He said he has always wanted a Sharpei dog. And the mechanic has one at the shop. I saw it when it was a puppy when he first got it, today the thing was huge! But so sweet and silly. I think to myself “One day sweetie if we stay together I will get you one”

The boyfriend sent me a brief email today. It says…

“Hiya. I was a just waking up and I have set my day on a good path n such so I thought Id leave a lil note hello and to tell ya I loves ya.

I know sometimes I say Im scared, and i am.But I know that I love you and I know you love me.I dont think that there arent things we cant work out no matter how tough it gets.{{muah]]] Im just in a weird mood this AM so dont mind me. Loves ya “

Aweeeee. I chatted with him a bit ago and his stomach wasnt feeling well so he went to lay down. The secretary at work had a date last night with some dude from the internet. She was all smiley today and saying it went really well. Boyfriend and another local friend of mine said “Yeah right” They said he probably drove out, slept with her and wont call her again or will give her excuses. Hmmm I dunno? Will see if the second date materializes.
