Dear Diary,

Just need a moment to vent. I got a letter from the court before my trip. I called my new attny office about it first thing this AM. They said the person I speak to was with a client and could they call me back. I say yes. Well its 1:30 now and I just tried again. When I first hired them they were on my calls and attentive RIGHT AWAY. I went in about a week and a half or so ago to sign a paper and the girl was sick that day so the clerk went and searched and brought me the paper to sign. I said PLEASE have her call me when she is back in. And the girl wrote her a note in front of me. And I never heard back, and so I just call back again and they ask me the same deal “Whats your name? Oh yes shes here, hang on” Then they come back with “Sorry shes in a meeting with a client” Whats this regarding” So she starts asking me questions about the paper, none of the information is making sense to her and she keeps asking me for a title on the paper, a stamp, I keep reading to her how it is addressed, that Im not sure what this paper is. The girl seems puzzled and says she will leave the message.

Just call me back people ok? I have had a few people tell me to get other opinions on this whole situation with the support. So maybe I just need to call up that other attny my employers set me up with to ask questions? Its just $50 again, and I really dont want to delve into hiring anymore attnys or retainer fees if I can help it. Just see how my ex appraoches this who situation and his attny regarding the house. I have yet to hear word on a meeting I would think if my Ex is here they would try and arrange one this week.

He had 15 days as per their letter to respond. Its at that point by now Im sure. (another question to ask attny)

I just dont like that feeling when people talk to you like you are a bother. Especially someone I have hired. In group the guy moderator I had said “Your time is just as precious as theirs is, you demand of them what they demand of you, there is nothing wrong with that, you have paid them money to do a service for you”

I just cant wait to be done with this.

Also for anyone who knows, I am thinking of just sending the paper work into the DA for the support. My sis said its not necessary for me to have an attorney tell him to pay. I have to pay them to do it each time, and she said the DA will do all that for free and track him down. So far he is 2 mos behind since I got the court order. And I have to wait still on the last check, I wait 2 weeks to make sure they clear.

So anyone have any feedback on that?
