Vegas Trip and Other Stuff

Dear Diary,

Well just was browsing Vegas hotels for my trip the end of this month. HA! Im all excited. And I dont even have a hotel booked or a sitter lined up yet!

Im thinking I can sway mom for thurs and friday since the kids will be in school from 8am to 6pm with school and after program. And they go to bed at 9pm at night. Then saturday day and I can try and work on a day sitter if she cant for that day since I will return sometime on Saturday. Wish me luck in planning!

IM GOING!!!

So thurs nite rates in Vegas are great! But since it will be Labor Day weekend and a friday night for the second day it jumps up and a lot of hotels(nice ones) are booked for friday. So I called B today and he said hed try and find out today the word on us getting a free hotel or not. Otherwise I gotta hurry up and make some reservations. And talk it over with him about splitting costs and if he can even afford to do it if we have to pay a room.

But IM GOINGGG! No matter what 🙂

Also my mom invited me this Sunday to a Civil War reinactment. I had a friend who did that ( he will probably be there actually!) And they are also going to reinact some type of medical thing, like how they were back then tending to the injured. I think B would actually like something like that. Ill mention it to him, but it will be with my parents. Also saturday is a movie showing at work, he expressed interest. So Ill have to double check that also. But me and the kids are going for sure. 🙂

Just this time Ill have to straight out ask B what his plans are and can he go and I need word ASAP. I will invite someone else to the movie thing if he cant go.

B informed me today that while he was at work last night his other job paged. He was scheduled to work and forgot? Who knows or selectively choose not to go. I just find that totally uncool. I dont care if you hate a job, you be considerate. So he said he will be getting written up for it, and he should. But I really just go quiet when he shares that type of stuff. I dont want to be mommy. But also I guess I wonder why he tells me? Since he knows how I feel about such things. Heck I just chewed him out for his scheduling and lack of knowing his work hours. And then when he was here we got into a discussion about showing up later for work and putting employers in a bad situation. Such as with service work(which b does) and people not having enough staff. So yes Im dissapointed in him for that. But Im quiet. I just observe and take things in.

My Music Producer friend and I talk quite a bit. We always talk on and off but more so lately. Just sharing a lot. He came online today and said “Are all women of SATAN?” lol He is really cool. Hes 37 and has a toddler. Ive never met him before. But hes not far from me in the Hollywood area. So I hear his tales of dating right now. His girlfriend went wacko on him and just stopped talking to him yet said she still loves him but not to call her? So hes going nuts. Hes trying to move on now. But its hard for him, he still cares about her, but shes mentally not ok.

I go into attny office again after work today to go over some paperwork. Cant wait for this to get DONE!

I really want to get back to the gym, been out 2 weeks now so plan to start again this week, just attny meeting again, but if I have enough time Ill go after that before getting the kids.
