Dear Diary,

Morning, B is still asleep, I snuck out of bed quietly to not wake him. I am waking up at an average of 8:30am these days on the weekends, Im getting more sleep and going to bed at a decent hour so I dont need to sleep in so long.

Plus theres just a cool feel being alone, in the AM, no kids or anyone, just me.

So yesterday B and I went OUT. I had talked to him friday night, a lot was said, frustration, boredom, what we do now, etc etc.

So about 2:30 saturday we headed out, first to the Sprint store to complain. We took all our phone stuff since you have 14 days to return them. B got the bill, he was unhappy with it, it wasnt reflecting his work discount, he called the number and they had no info of it even! He was pissed(Heck we sat in that store for about 2 hours last week and had to wait for a damn computer and a manager forever to let B log in to the net and get a paycheck stub as proof they needed for his Company! And then to hear them say “Ummm no we dont have that info but we can take it now) and the bill didnt make sense.

So we go into the store, and thankgoodness the guy was cool, first off, we cannot transfer my old cell #, so goodbye to that, I havent shut it off yet since I need to change kids school paperwork to reflect that, and let ex now, etc etc.

And they goofed there was a $20 extra charge on the bill.

So the guy said he will get B a credit.

After that we went to the mall and browsed around. I got a pair of jammie pants at Old Navy, omgosh I love these freakin pants! I found some at Walmart about 2 or more years ago, they are this soft warm fleece(like those blankets I love) and I wish I had bought more, I went back to walmart and they were totally out of my size, they sold so fast, so Old Navy had one pair my size left! wooohooo and I bought B a pair of Pajama drawstring pants too, he doesnt own any and he needs something to wear around the house, plus it gets cooler here during winter then what hes used to in the Valley.

We just went through the stores, looking around, just getting out, I got a pair of Airwalk black boots, the fuzzy inside ones. Ive been eyeing them in the store windows and finally got a pair.

On the credit card that is! :X

We bought Cinnamon rolls at Cinnabon to take home for later, mmmmm

Then we went to Chilis for dinner, I like Chilis, it was packed, and some guy whos name I couldnt recall for the life of me was there from highschool that I graduated with and used to hang out with my girlfriend A in Florida. Im gathering it was his wife and kids. Wow, hes put on weight. I was sitting eating with B and said “You know, I dont know if this makes sense, but its so weird seeing people from high school now, I was such a nobody and intimadated and had no self esteem, didnt feel attractive, and then you see people that were like in the cool group now and its like so?” B said “I know exactly what you mean”

Im one of those people I think who looks way better now then I ever did in high school. Late bloomer. And I remember in my religion class we voted as seniors on all these silly things and I got voted “Most likely to change the most after highschool” by my classmates that day, which I kinda liked. 🙂

So anyways, dinner was yummy! We had appetizers and drinks! I had a Cranberry Holiday margarita, mmmmm. Afterwards we went over to Target. B wanted new sponges for the sink! haha, and I told him it was better we go walk around after all the food, he agreed. So we were at Target till almost 9pm! Just having fun, looking around the store, I bought some hair color, a brunette one, my hair is growing out, and I just cant afford to get it done right now, so I by the Clairol ones that last up to 28 washings, not the permanent ones and they are good to tie me over until I can get my hair colored again. Im just in this place again where Im bored, I like that my hairdresser knows how to style my curly hair, but she doesnt like to change my color or my haircut, its getting to the point where Im feeling shes deciding and Im not having a say, and well I need a damn change! So part of me thinks its time to find a new hair person or give one a try.

Well Ill see how this shade of brown turns out, havent found one I like yet when I do it.

We then headed to Trader Joes just before closing, B had been wanting Eggnog and Captain Morgans.

So we got some, then we headed by the Video store, we were gonna get Brigette Jones Diary, but they were out. B said YOu havent seen that? Oh youd like it, thats a so you kinda movie and I actually saw it and liked it.

Well they didnt have it. So we ended up getting a few movies, nothing we really really wanted since everything was gone. So last night we watched “Saved”

I had heard about it when it came out and wanted to see it, didnt get much reviews, but the story line interested me, so I wanted to catch it on video, so that is what we watched first last night.

Now, for those who have or havent seen it, get it, and when you watch, realize that is exactly what my world used to be like when I was with my ex husband, the way people thought and acted, that was us. The school service and the concert and screaming for Jesus, just all of it, the arms in the air, the prayers. It was how my world was.

I wasnt sure what they were going to do with it, if the film was just gonna trash born again christians and Jesus and all, but i will say, come the end, and sorry dont read if you dont want movie info, but it was good!

The ending didnt destroy Jesus or being a christian in my opinion, it showed hyprocrisy, not to be judgemental, that we are all sinners and screw up and to stop acting so self righteous.

I liked it to be honest. 🙂

So I recommend it. 🙂 And B knew this was like going back to my roots watching this, its the best way I can explain to people my world. And I remember the previews where Mandy Moore one of the actors throws a Bible at this girl and says “Im filled with Christs Love!” after she does it or something like that. My ex husband did that to our guy pal Tim who came over one night to talk about a girl he had a crush on after splitting with his wife and my ex going off and judgemental and getting frustrated with the guy and threw his Bible at him and came in the house. Oh I think he threw in FUCK YOU after he did it too.

The girl in the movie picks up the Bible and says “This is not a weapon”

So I guess I was just proud of how they didnt make it out to Be Jesus and all was the wacked out ones, it was the people who were screwing with it all.

Anyways, we talked over dinner last night, I want to go see my family for Thanksgiving, and we discussed going away for a few days. My kids will be with their Dad. B said “Where would you like to go?” And in my head I was thinking San Diego but felt he may not want to do that, so wanted his feedback. He said “Well, you know, I really liked when we went to San Diego that one time”

YAY! LOL

So we discussed if we got to my brothers its ont he way to San Diego also, so will knock some of our drive time off, since its around almost 4 hrs to drive there and we will knock about an hour and a half off leaving from his place thanksgiving.

So we have to scope out hotels and all and figure it out. We need to do this, 🙂

He also suggested Temecula, Ive never been and not sure whats there, he said Wineries and things, so I said lets look online and check stuff out.

We went to San Diego at this time about 2 yrs ago I believe it was. It was nice. Romantic, we stayed in Old Town in walking distance to our hotel so we could walk to dinner and drink and walk home, and the square was lit up with holiday lights and music, we ate mexican food and one night ate at a Italian place that was awesome and had wine and B loved the place, it was just a nice time going there, and it will be good for US.

I complained to him about how we dont talk much, too much time on the computer and Im doing most of the housework.

Anyways, he did the dishes yesterday, and we went out, so like I said, the guy does listen.

Will write more later
