End of marriage Deal?

Sister: well husband & i had a talk last nite, he said that he will give me $100,000 when he refi’s , that is a good offer , that is more than i would get , if he just gave me half…. and that his girlfriend would move in , and pick up where i left off…. since she is only renting & the schools where her kids go are shit …….
Me: So can you get that formally written up somehow, so he holds up his end of the bargain?

Sister: then we also discussed if we go that route , then we do not need 2 attys , we can just use his …. he can pay just tell me where i need to sign… due to our only issues were the house & the kids, takes care of both those issues, i told him to get the divorce papers going, the refi is already in progress & to have his atty draw up the paperwork regarding the $100,000, he is suppose to see the atty today… but then their is more…Youngest Child’s school called she is in the health office her back is bother her, i told them let me call her father.. i called husband told him he needed to call daughters school, he asked why? and said what you can not pick her i , i said no, this is what he wanted ……………..so he is pissed, he h/u , then called back & got the schools $ & told me i needed to move out since he is paying the bills….. whatever….. this is reality … i have had enough

Sister: so what do you think about the offer he made me?
Me: Well it sounds good but just need to hear more of the details how this will come about, Im a little leery though of you not having an attny though, his attny is not looking out for you, and is it to pay you in a lump sum? or payments, etc

Sister: yes i know …. but the only thing we have to work out really is the $, he and his grlfrnd have already discussed what they are willing to do for the kids , she will change her shift at work ….
Sister: lump sum, with the refi……

Me: sounds good to me, take your stuff, take the money and go, later she will probably screw him and get his house and good for you for calling him about daughter and the school

Me: Hes just wanting this to happen easy ,,, and just because he made that offer to you doesnt mean he will stick to it, but yes go for it, but dont expect him to do all the work either

Sister: this is something they want … he needs her for the sake of the kids , due to his work schedule, oh and by the way, he has been on a list at wrk for feeder driver for over 2 years now, he told me that his name has been called & that he starts training the 2nd week of april… he is now a package car driver , feeder is the big rigs, more time on the road , & less time at home, perfect timing for them….. so you see he needs to make this happen as soon as possible … he needs her for the kids, and she she

Me: Its okay, hes a total idiot, as is she,,, but she is seeking to get something from him too, they deserve eachother

Sister: thank you…this whole thing has been an incredible journey….which is to be over soon, no i already called him earlier this morning & asked him for his atty’s # , so that i can provide him with whatever he needs to expidite this, he said he meets with him later on today, since he is also a customer on his route & will call me with the #

Me: ok, its all so insane sounding , you know?I mean its his life its just so crazy and yes you get a great end of the deal if he sticks to this

Sister: The word you used idiot …. is so true & right, but what can i say,,,, this is fantasy island, the twighlight zone, or what was that movie with michael douglas…….. where his son buys him that membership…….i love you so very much… thank you for your time is speaking with me…..

Sister: yes,, it came out within the last ten years i will think of it and let you know….. yes he is so clueless on the consequences of his actions…. but he is happy & that is all that matters.. other news, since i already took all my vacation for this year… due to the business , i made an appt with my doctor for friday, for stress, i am going to have my doctor put me off for a few weeks or so….. just for me, will come visit & clear my head….. i am also going to cancel my shift change at work, no need now to change for the kids… this is my life…

Sister: i do not wish my circumstances on anyone… here today, gone tomorw, love you yesterday, hate your guts from that point on …………. off/on…… bad enough to have to take it from My Husband, but dont need to take it from the kids…..i have been having a difficult time sleeping lately, dont seem to need it like i use to but waking up very early … feel stressed…. not eating much , but not hungry, trying to listen to my body……..but i need a break…… will take alot of energy to get the house packed up… will need that time off of wrk, so when the ck is in my hand i can walk… pray for me… and stay close by my side…..i need you
