Paperwork

Dear Diary,

Well I got paperwork yesterday regarding my Child Support case etc.

We have a court date in March. I have to go and its not local, its in LA, ewww have to be there at 8am.

Anyways, me and the ex had to fill out paperwork of our living expenses, you know the income expense declaration.

Well when I got the paperwork yesterday at the end attached is what my ex submitted.

So heres what info he DID put on it.

He claims he worked for the Camp! And his last date of employment was Sept 2004!

Yes he has worked part time for them, but other then that hes worked for **** Construction for almost 2 yrs. Its common knowledge, hes said it to me, the kids, they are people that went to my old church that he worked for. Hes taken my kids to the bosses house, his vehicles that are broken down are parked there, kids have gone to various job sites. And now he doesnt put them down at ALL. So we figured he probably was paid cash under the table and when they got served the wage assignment they had to let him go as a result because then they had to account for him also. Since Ex didnt even put them down.

But I have no Proof if you get what I mean?

Anyways, he did not fill in any info for employer name, address, phone number, start date, etc for the Camp either.

He worked for them part time in the summer.

So you then flip the page and it says to put down his income for last month and he put $1,200. ??????????

Then it says his average over the last 12 mos, he put “2,100”

THEN! He put his monthly living expenses, rent, etc. which comes to over $2000.

Yet he claims he hasnt worked since Sept 2004????

Its all wacky.

THEN he put on me, “Estimated gross income” $3,184″ and then it says “How did you come up with this estimation?” He wrote “Estimated on the amount of her and her boyfriends income”

So, there ya have it. From what you have all told me the boyfriend thing wont matter much, but is there anythign I should be prepared with?

We have to go to court with our last 3 paystubs, last 2 yrs tax returns, and any other expenses, etc.

Fact of the matter is he isnt paying the child support.

This was the third wage assignment issued. And hes conviently quit or been fired from this one. Im told the court recognizes this pattern.

So I know hes gonna try spouting his mouth of there like he did in the beginning to try and shift it onto me. So if anyone here is more knowledgeable in this stuff, leave me a comment k?
