I got Flowers!

Dear Diary,

Morning.

B is sleeping in my bed right now. Aweeeee hes so cute.

He came out last night, and he took the day off from work to attend a movie at mine and then he will stay again tonight. YAY!

He was so fricken sweet calling and left a message yesterday saying how he couldnt wait to come up and snuggle with me at night in bed.

So he got in last night around 9:30pm. I didnt get up I was in the office, he has a house key now, so he came in, and he brought me something! He had me close my eyes too. And he gave me FLOWERS! YAY!

Iris’s and I dont know what the other 2 are called. I believe its a Lily? But Im not sure what the other 2 are,,, They are very Spring Easter looking flowers,,,

Purple, white and yellow…

I was so happy to say the least, he is really making an effort, and it makes my heart melt, because I really do see he is. I just kissed him and told him I loved them, told him this AM again before I left for work.

We just crawled in bed, had some snacks, watched tv, and i passed out before 11:30pm. I dont think he was up much longer then I was.

I went to the gym yesterday finally. ONCE AGAIN! And they were all happy to see me and tease me, My work out buddy, the older guy, and the lady L. So we all worked out together, I did a lot of dumb bell press exercises, and things I havent done before, working the chest, woooo Im gonna be so sore. I also did about 45 min of cardio too! Felt good to be back there, hoped on the scale and saw my weight hasnt moved! YAY! Still at 134.

So the gym was pretty lively. I saw the guy who played guitar in the band I saw the night I went out to the club to hear them play, he just stared at me and didnt say Hello? Was kinda weird.

All he kept saying to me the night at the club was “Dont make fun of me at the gym now” and called me the “Gym Chick” He was very insecure it seemed about his perfomance and I thought he was great, he said “Thanks Mom” and just seemed to cut down anything nice that was said.

Cute Gym guy and his 2 work out buds were there also, and this big guy who is friendly and always there came over to me and leans over and says “Now dont you go being all too friendly with your work out guy pals, Cute Gym Guy will get jealous”

I was all “Nawwww”

Hes all “Oh yeah, you dont belive me, I know sooo”

And walked off.

Cute Gym Guy told me last friday that this guy gets on his nerves, that sometimes hes a little too friendly for a guy.

Dunno, just sorta blew off what he said, Cute Gym guy knows my work out friends, always has, and dont need someone trying to stir up shit.

I did go and say Hello and chit chatted with Cute Gym Guy before leaving, he was cool, we just talked about cell phones n stuff, and about me being sick and he asked how my kids were doing.

So last night oldest had to finish up his book report, little one got done earlier. I had him on this SUpplement called “Be Calm” but I ran out and picked up an Attention Help supplement at the healthfood store to try, Well I can already tell a drastic difference with my son not taking the other stuff, hes all hyper again and all over the place, Guess Ill need to shell out a little more and order the other stuff again as it really helped him not be so hyper and he focused better.

So Big Sis called last night. She didnt go to work, said more stuff happened. The social worker got a hold of my sister about the Teen. Guess they have been trying to call my sister, but she isnt accepting calls she doesnt recognize or stuff about the teen since the husband moved out and has the girls. Shes pissed off cause everyone is calling the house and my sister, but her husband doesnt follow through with stuff so my sister is the only contact.

Well the Social Worker was all upset with whats going on, and basically told my sister that right now, if something should happen to the teen, my sister can be held responsible.

My sister had to go through what has happened, and the social worker said she understands her side and all, but just told my sister also whats up. So they have been trying to reach the teen and the husband with no luck, so today the social worker is supposed to go to her school to talk to her.

My sister is a little pissed as she called the Social Worker when her husband first moved out and they said all my sister could so was take him to court or what have you to prove he was unfit, yada yada.. my sister was like, well thanks but no thanks. Since they were of no help.

So now they are upset. I guess a couple factors, The teen is moved with no address provided, the Teen is moved outside of the county she is supposed to be in, the teen is missing a lot of school and her grades are poor, the teen was sick and called my sister and the Dad and girlfriend did not take her to the dr, on and on and on, the social worker said “Whos taking her to school?” My sis said “His girlfriend” Shes all “Ohh no noo nooo, this is not right, she cant be doing all this”

So my sister told them everything, that the teen is left to babysit, and that the girlfriend has 6 kids of her own.

So not sure what will happen next, my sister is just so angry and tired of this at this point, her attorney got in touch with her and the first thing he said he will get done is terminate my sister as the teens legal guardian, that he can handle that part.

And the social worker did say the teen is old enough to decide where she wants to stay so its not like shes a small child to where they can get upset with my sister for not keeping her.

The teen went there herself and my sister has offered to have her visit.

What a frickin mess!

My sis is all “Im sorry, but I dont want this responsibility anymore, I dont want anything to do with my husband and if I keep helping with these kids Im going to have to keep dealing with his bullshit”

She said “He walks out, has an affair, and just leaves everything as if I never existed or his former life. Hes left all his clothes and things, all he took was his boat, video games,,, and the girls all they have taken is about a grocery bags worth of stuff. He just left everything behind.

Hes not filed for a divorce, hes not taken care of the kids or the teen.

The social worker said that it is Neglect what he is doing.

Ahhhhh, just hope my sister doesnt get into any trouble and can get all this taken care of ASAP.

She was packing a bag and going to sleep over at the Bro in Laws house last night(wink wink)

B is all “Oh yeah, their banging eachother” I laughed, I dont know, my sister elimanates things at times. As I said, going back about 5 yrs ago or so, shes always talked wonderfully about him and I know he likes her. And I really thought perhaps they were having an affair when the marriage thing went bad, but she claims No, that she and bro in law dont even hug.

And she keeps making mention like “I wish I was attracted to him” or how the guy friend said the other day “He likes you, he always has, he said his brother didnt deserve you”

And as weird as this whole situation sounds, I think the 2 of them are more compatible, always have been, and I wouldnt be bugged if they got together. He has been coming to check on my sister throughout all this, they are still starting the carpet cleaning business, and he is just as pissed at what his brother has done to her and sticks up for my sister, adn tells my sister to not tolerate this BS hes doing and the mess with the kids.
