Film Goddess
Dear Diary,
Ahhhh, just sitting here relaxing. The weather has gotten REALLY hot since the day Jen left, Jen Im talking like sweaty hot! So you left just in time!
I have the back door open and the breeze is blowing in my office, its the coolest room in the house in the eves since the wind comes from that direction.
Had a nice day.

But it feels good. It feels good to be out, to be talking to people.
I got off work, went straight to the gym, saw my buddy briefly, headed home, showered, got kids, took kids to Moms, then went to class. Class is fun, And Teach wore his funky clog shoes again and even said to us girls during break “You havent said anything about my shoes” and we all laughed and looked away not wanting to comment, next thing you know hes dancing in them and saying hes Irish. LOL The girls were dying, so he was back to a good mood tonite.
God hes so cute sometimes! He about wets himself with excitement with each film Ive brought in. Which is what makes him so cute. Hes so into it. The one girl kept saying “Lets go see naked men! Cmon” LOL we have her all curious now to see the male dancers, and next thing you know ADD guy blurts out and says hes Bi sexual and wishes he could go. LOL
Oh its a nutty bunch but its fun, and 2 of the girls that werent there last week were there tonite, one a woman whos 38 and shes super cool. Shes going to be a nurse and this is just a class she needs, some type of arts class, but shes a really sweet person and I always like talking to her.
So I talk to teach some after class, I told him about another film and the minute I said it he grabbed his chest and is all “Omgosh, you did not just say that! I have goosebumps!” and he told me to bring it and told me that it was a French Abstract film, poetic.
He also told me I should take his other class, and I said “Well dont I need this pre requiste first for it?”(another class I havent done yet)Hes all “No, just show up, Ill sign you off” And then he called me the “Goddess of Film” lol as I left.
God damn, why does he gotta be cute!
So what else today. Talked to Music dude, he informs me hes trying to quit smoking! Woohoo! And he also is starting back with another therapist he was seeing when he was with his ex(mom of his kid) I was so proud and happy for him. He said “I want to get healthy!” So that is so great! I love hearing people make change. I hope he sticks with it. It reminded me of B, in the early days, and why I was so drawn to him, I spoke to him about that the other nite, how I dont hear that from him like when we first got together. Hes pretty much in this place of “This is how I am, why is that wrong? I think we spend too much time saying whats wrong with ourselves, etc etc” Speech, which personally I think is just a deversion tactic, hes great with dismissing things and making it sound good, I agree to a certain extent.
But I believe we go thru crap in our lives, and some crap needs to be undone, especially when we grow up and live in abuse. Im always wanting to learn more and improve myself. And I know B feels that way too, but we feel it and act it out in different ways.
B said he couldnt sleep last nite, the heat, he was up till 2:30am, poor guy.
So makes me wonder how warm it is in his new apartment! EEEKS! Hes in a new area and it does get hot there too, but I think it has more humidity, where I am its dry heat.
So my class will be over in about 3-4 weeks. So I will have to decide on another one soon! Hmmm will have to think about if I want to take the other class my teach is teaching. It wasnt top on my list, was a little intimadating sounding to me, but why not? We will make movies he said.
Soooo anyways, I still dont have a sitter to go see Matrix. I need to call Mom tomm and ask, Im so chicken to ask, like Im asking too much. I guess cause I dont spend much time with her, but ask her to watch the kids, and I feel thats lame of me.
So I told B I want to see the movie with him yet I dont have a sitter, Im so awful, I think I can come up with one, praying i can?
