Well here is the sweet response from Mr Ex. I told him what I was told about his address and the mail returned, etc etc.

I am at my end with all this, The Court has my address as in ****** as I have been getting my mail from the court there. I have the the envelopes to show this!
It is a waste of my time for you to schedule court dates and not have you or anyone from your attorneys office show up! I talked to the Kristen at your lawyers office and gave her my valid mailing address!
I told your lawyers office that 169th was only a visitation address. I never told them that the 179th street was not a mailing address. So once again maybe you should check with your Lawyer.
Now if this is the way you are going to continue to act toward me then I will not settle on the term that we have agreed to. I will be more then happy to let our attorneys battle it out! the choice is your.
All you would have had to say is that your attorney doesn’t have the right address!
Ok, seriously. I talked to my Mom today and my sister and said Im tired of paying to chase him. I cant afford this. Im living on $8.75 an hour, working full time, raising 2 kids with NO support payments. My ex is claiming hes unemployed. My sister and mom have said just pull back. Why keep paying for court dates with an Idiot?

My sister offered to come out in her Husband truck, and we can follow my ex and see if hes driving to work or doing anything. She also told me to call all my ex’s relatives and tell them what is going on. That what have I got to loose? Tell them the financial situation, tell them hes court ordered, tell them whos paying their medical(my employers) Whos paying for dental and helping me with groceries(My Mom and various others)
She said What have I got too loose telling them how it really is? They know me, they only hear what he says, and she said they might not respond right away, but let it sink in and someone may talk or try and help me. Or she said tell them “If your in the area and can help out with groceries we would appreciate it”
Anyways, Im just spilling out thoughts. I asked my attny office today about my ex collecting unemployment and how we find out and go after that. She said she will have to talk to the Attny and call me Monday.
