Dear Diary,
I had totally forgotten!
I have an email from my Ex stating he will drop them off at my Moms house. Signed by him with his work acct, and work email addy.
So I do have it on paper. 🙂 Whether or not he brings them there I dont know. But I at least have the paper stating otherwise to give to attny.
Yes I am making records over EVERTYHING.
So I did call his voice mail tonight and told him that his email on March 14th states that he will drop them off at my Mothers, and that it is signed by him.
🙂
So not sure if he will get scared and bring them there now, but as my friend said, this will be the last time he does this.
